I plan on coach Ross and myself driving a Suburban which can accommodate 14 runners and two coaches.
We will stop for lunch on the way home so please bring money to eat.

The order above is not set in stone. The seven running in the meet will be determined by the end of next week. Practice attendance and effort will be taken into consideration when making this decision along with season performance.
The following 18 runners will continue their season through 10/25. Top four scoring teams at 1A West Regionals will advance to 1A State Championships on 11/1. Top five individual runners that are not on a state qualifying team (top four) will also advance.

After Tuesday, all runners not in the top 9 on the team will be dismissed for winter try outs / workouts. I will need you to bring a shirt to change into after your race so you can turn in your running top to me.
