Summer Workouts Have Started
FYI...BREAKING NEWS....ATTENTION...ETC.
Summer optional workouts have started.
Please prepare yourself for this fall now.
I have not seen many of you so far.
Remember that not preparing during the summer not only hurts you and your progress but you are hurting your team mates as well.
Make sure you are following one of the plans I gave you and that you are logging/writing down what you are doing. This is pretty self explanatory but if you need help/explanation do not hesitate to ask.
