Just a few reminders before Monday 2/13....
1st and most importantly, YOU MUST HAVE AN UP TO DATE PHYSICAL ON FILE WITH ELIZABETH ABERNATHY...NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE...YOU CAN'T PRACTICE WITHOUT ONE...NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

2nd all forms (player packet, concussion forms, etc.) need to be filled out ASAP. These are located on the LCS website under "athletics".
3rd watch the weather. It may be 45 degrees one day and 75 the next. Please plan accordingly. If you are dressed inappropriately (summer clothes in winter weather) I will not allow you to practice. You will only end up injuring yourself.
4th. Be focused and committed this spring to your school and your team. LCS and the greater goal of the team is first priority. WE before ME. Those of you that have ran and or swam for me before understand what I expect. We will go over this more next week.
5th. Attitude is everything. Ask yourself if you really want to be out here before Monday. A positive attitude is a must!
