We will be leaving at 1:45 pm from Denver and picking up in Lincolnton at 2:30 pm and then on to Bessemer City.
If you are mid-distance/distance and are not running today please see/contact Coach Williams for what to do for practice. There will be no official practice bc Coach Schild and I will be at the meet. Lincolnton athletes will not need to come to Denver today and will do a run on their own at home.
