Middle School Cross Country Camp
Who: Rising 6th-8th Graders
When: July 18, 19, 2017 8:00-11:00 a.m.
Where: LCS - Denver
Cost: $60
Registration Deadline: 7/17/2016 @ 11:59 p.m.
Runners will travel by bus to 3 different locations during the 3 days of camp where they will participate in different runs that will help them become a better runner. Warm ups, Stretching, Core/Abs, Strength Training, Nutrition, Specific Workouts, and Team Building are topics that will be discussed throughout camp. This is intended for those that are seriously considering running cross country in middle school. Prior running experience is not required but would be helpful.
High School Cross Country Camp

When: July 25, 26, 27
Where: Latta Plantation, Crowders Mountain, Moses Cone Park
Cost: $60
Registration Deadline: 7/24/2016 @ 11:59 p.m.
Runners will travel by bus to 3 different locations during the 3 days of camp where they will participate in different runs that will help them become a better runner.
