11:00 leave LCS - Denver
11:35 pick-up and leave LCS - Lincolnton
12:05 arrive at BCHS, unload, set-up

1:00 Coaches Meeting
1:15 4X800 and rolling start (100, 4x2, 1600, 4x1, 400, 300H, 800, 200, 3200, 4x4)
There is light rain forecast to begin around 4:00 on Thursday, it is possible that some events may be run in light rain. Everyone knows what kind of track we have, so please tell your athletes to plan accordingly.
We will be hand-timing the 100/110 hurdles and Big Kahuna Timing will be timing everything else on Thursday.
