Due to the weather conditions, our coaching staff is canceling official track & field practice today Tuesday, April 24th.
Mid-distance & Distance runners, get in a long run of 60 to 70 minutes on your own. If conditions clear some you can do this outside, if not those of you that have access to a gym/fitness center get on a treadmill or elliptical. A stair machine would be ok as well but only for 20/25 minutes.
Sprinters get in 30 minutes easy (same instructions as above).
Remember that everyone needs to turn in their jerseys tomorrow. Any and all jerseys that you may have.
Rest, hydrate and fuel properly for tomorrow! If you have any questions, come see your event specific coach.
