8:00 - 8:15 am unpack, set up camp
8:15 - 8:30 am Girls walk course

9:20 am REPORT TO START LINE - AS A TEAM, TOGETHER, NOT IN SMALL GROUPS!!!!!
9:00 - 9:20 am Strides x 6
9:30 am RACE
AFTER RACE: Collect yourself, hydrate, 10-15 minute light jog, Stretch
10:15 - 10:30 am Pack Up camp and bus
10:45 am Depart Ivey Redmond
10:45am - 1:15pm Travel to LCS, We will stop for Lunch, Bring Money
1:15 pm Arrive back at LCS - Denver
If we are earlier or later than 1:15 pm then we will communicate that from the road
AWARDS:
Varsity races: top 10 individuals receive medals
Frosh/Soph: top 21 individuals
JV: top 10 individuals
Team awards:
Top 2 teams in varsity races (Invitational, Championship) and top 3 teams in Frosh/Soph.
Spectator Admission Fee:
$6 per person will be collected at the admission gate for spectators, collected by the Town of Kernersville.
T-shirts will be on site for sale.
Concesions:
Kona Ice and PDQ with chicken sandwiches and/or chicken fingers will be on site.
