Hurricane Matthew could not hold the eagles down on Saturday morning.  I am very proud of the mental toughness shown.  Days like that will make you better.  Anyone can perform well in ideal conditions but it takes a real athlete to perform in less than perfect conditions.  I thought the quote below sums up Saturday.  NCRunners Invite 2016 is a coaching memory I will never forget.
