The order above is not set in stone.  The seven running in the meet will be determined by the end of next week. Practice attendance and effort will be taken into consideration when making this decision along with season performance.  

The following 18 runners will continue their season through 10/25.  Top four scoring teams at 1A West Regionals will advance to 1A State Championships on 11/1.  Top five individual runners that are not on a state qualifying team (top four) will also advance.

WHEN:  Tuesday, October 14th
              Men's Race 4:00PM
              Women's Race 4:30PM
              We will be dismissed at 2:00PM & leave at 2:15PM
WHERE:  Fisher Farm Park, 21215 Shearer Rd, Davidson, NC 28036

After Tuesday, all runners not in the top 9 on the team will be dismissed for winter try outs / workouts.  I will need you to bring a shirt to change into after your race so you can turn in your running top to me.

CONGRATS COACH SPAKE!

Our very own Coach Spake completed the Chicago Marathon at 10:52 am with a time of 3:17 / 7:32 mile pace!  Way to go Coach!  We are proud of you!

Saturday 10/18 8:00-10AM at Latta Plantation(Required for regional team and alternates Leave LCS at 7:30AM.  Return to LCS 10:00AM)
We will leave LCS at 3:45PM and Return at 6:00PM.  If you are picking up your child at practice location, please arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled return to LCS.
