William Peace University Cross Country - Junior and Senior Open House on March 25th

I received the following e-mail from the head XC and track coach at William Peace University in Raliegh this past week.  Read below.  If you are a junior or senior and interested let me know.

Junior Day (and Seniors Too!) - March 25th in Raleigh!

Coach Josh Williams,

On behalf of the Cross Country program and the entire athletic department at William Peace University, we hope you had a successful indoor track and field season!

A lot has happened at William Peace University in 2017. In December of 2016, Athletic Director Phil Rowe announced the construction of the Athletic Performance Center and the new Athletic Performance is now ALREADY complete. No other NCAA D3 in North Carolina will be able to match the strength and condition program offered at Peace.

Since my hire in November, we have had incredible talent come on campus for visits because of the goals I've been committed to: Build the foundation to get William Peace to the NCAA D3 Cross Country National Championships and start the track and field programs. Even though I have talented commitments for next fall, I am still recruiting senior men and women for Cross Country.

Well, in addition to great junior and senior visits, Track and Field is poised for launch in the 2018-2019 school year. With the great possibility of adding Track and Field, I want to begin reaching out to all the schools in North Carolina and invite any interested senior distance runners and all junior cross country and track and field athletes (in all events) to the next #PeacePreview Open House on March 25th.
